I'm going to agree with the above comment. You have to WANT THIS. You have to need this change. There may be millions of motivating comments, stories, before/afters, but it all comes from you first. Commitment takes time and when you're ready, I promise it will be worth it.

My first advice is: breathe and forget about "70". Next, assess your eating habits. If you're diabetic, are you eating consciously? Are you keeping your sugar levels in check? All progress is wonderful progress - regardless of the timeline. I've gone overboard with my workouts though (6 days a week in the gym) - so I'm sure my rapid weight loss can be attributed to all the high intensity training I've been doing.
