I am excited to get to my first weight loss goal of about 10 pounds...I have 1.2 more and already bought a cute new sports bra that's in the mail. I hope I hit it soon so I can start wearing my new bra :D

Great work! what did you use to get ready?

A good problem to have, congrats on the weight lost :)
-
Also from "The North" and in NC now, will send a request :)

Hello, fellow teacher! It can be really hard...work always messes me up. Great job setting weekly goals! We can try to encourage each other :)
-
Wonderful successes, look forward to reading even more down the road. Great work :)

Shoutout for ECU! ;)

That is fantastic! Great video....loved the personal story, progress pictures throughout, and the inspirational messages  You are on FIRE! :drinker:

Congratulations! I have...several articles of clothing like that that I would love to fit into some day, so great work! My NSV yesterday was putting on a sports bra and noticing in the mirror that my back fat was going down; it doesn't fold over on itself any more...I was SO PUMPED that I woke up my boyfriend and made him…

I made the mistake of smelling my shorts after a Jillian workout...and now I try and rinse them out along with my sports bra. Mmmm, sweaty butt smell! :p

You can DEFINITELY tell, and it looks like you've lost way more than 40. Great job! :D
-
5'4" and currently 171, sounds like we are in pretty much the same boat! We can do this :D
-
That is a FAST sprint, great job :)
-
That is a good feeling to run out of notches! I would also keep that belt were I you, to show yourself how far you have come :)
-
Nice work, bet that feels great!

A toast from another 5AM-er!:drinker:

Progress, thanks for the encouragement! I will try and build up little by little. I also have really bad allergies right now, need to start taking meds again to try and tame them. Kerry, I liked your idea but my bf is rail thin and isn't interested in working out that much. Maybe he'd be willing to treat me to something…

I'm also in favor of helping out with the shopping, as has been suggested by others :) I shop for my bf and I now, because I know what brands are lower calorie and fewer additives. Plus, I can get all the fruits and veggies I want, haha. Maybe you could offer to do it as a chore, to help out? If not, maybe if she goes to…

I haven't done one of these before, but I'd like to try! Please add me on :)

I saw this and right away thought, "Me, too!" I recently started back at work again, and I have been bone-tired and unwilling to cook healthier meals out of sheer exhaustion. I think all these people replying have good ideas....your encouragement helps others as well. Expect some friend requests shortly ;)

AWESOME progress, very motivational for those of us still going through this. Great dedication!!! :drinker:

Agreed, a lot of calf work. Level 2 is a lot of arm and knee stress. Not sure for Level 3.
-
Same here for me! I can't BELIEVE I am successfully doing walk-out push-ups, so proud! I think after I finish I'll go back to Level 1 and see what it feels like :)
-
YES to the staff and mail rooms having treats! First day back on a work day there were THREE plates of desserts brought in :p My new thing this fall is to purposely pack plenty of food...AM snack, usually leftovers for lunch, and a PM snack. That way when I am starving and stuck at school with…

Great job staying with it, and plowing through those workouts!
-
Awesome extra strength! All of your hard work is paying off in these NSV's. Workout plan is still very dedicated to me...are you back and still doing 30DS in the mornings? I'm skipping it today since first day of school, but then hoping to do it from other weekdays...if I can drag myself out of bed, haha :)
-
Hehe, that's awesome. I would LOVE if that ever happened to me :)
-
Really glad you both were finally able to talk, and hope that your conversation lends itself into a more open relationship where you can share more with each other. Alone time is great as well!

Great job, sounds like you are well on your way to more successes :)
