Awesome work! :)

Same here...let's make this time the one that works! :)

Hello :) Just came back after a two-year hiatus and am looking to make changes. Anyone is welcome to add me!!
-
What they said :)

Totally understand what you're saying! I am starting to realize that at night my body may *say* it's hungry, but if I wait it out it often goes away. It's all about learning your body's language. Good that you are listening :flowerforyou:

Sometimes scale weight can even reflect different numbers in different spots of the same room!!! I always put it in the exact same spot on the floor :)
-
You look so happy and healthy, way to go! :D
-
Great progress and in only a year! Hope you can keep going and have more victories, good pictures :)
-
Great NSV, LOVE when that happens! Hope you have more victories like this :)
-
Sounds great! Should the chicken breasts be pre-cooked or will it cook in the oven?
-
You did a GREAT job! I love that we are the same height and you also are lifting because I plan on doing the *same* thing :) You can really see your collarbones in the second picture, you look beautiful either way but bet you feel a lot more confident now!
-
AWESOME JOB! You can *really* see the results, which is great....wish I could see changes like that :)
-
I think you're right...I finally got a heart rate monitor and I typically burn less than HALF what MFP says :( An HRM would be a good investment, or maybe only log a certain % of the calories as another person recommended.

Cyndi, thank you for the suggestion :) Wordena, I did wonder if the crust would change, so maybe I'll make it like the original first and then try some deviations after that. Knra, premade crusts that I've seen have SO MANY calories, harmful additives, and trans and other fats. I do really like those articles, and am very…

I'm in! :)

Great job! You may only be halfway to your goal, but you look fabulous :)
-
9 pounds = 31,500 calories. That is NO small feat! I'm at the same point with you, we can push on and be victorious! Great job :)
-
Great job setting a goal and then accomplishing it, you probably trained and it's awesome that you stuck through it and came out victorious :)

Oh, dear.... Well, I just have one piece of advice that's stuck with me so far. Think of this not as a DIET change, but a LIFESTYLE change. What you eat and do each day has to be *sustainable* in the long run or you'll just gain the weight back. That's why fad diets and 2-hour days at the gym every day usually don't work…

I'm a little nervous about this as well...this is my first time being a semi-"regular" before the January rush. Our gym is starting to cut aerobics classes, and hand out a limited amount of tickets for popular classes like Kickboxing and Zumba. It's already tough to get into those, and they are my favorite gym motivators!…

Love the progress pic, it looks like you have really lost around the middle. And that is a very nice outfit, too :)
-
That's a huge loss, and you looks so much healthier! Way to go!!! :D

Good NSV :) I also have to start actually going through the closet after a few more pounds, I'm actually kind of excited to see what I will be able to fit into now!
-
That is fantastic, great pace and a LONG run! Congratulations, and hope things continue to go well for you :)

I feel ya! I also try to avoid all those aisles, but when I *really* want something, i will try and buy those smaller bags with only a few servings, and mete those out over a few days if I can. Kudos to whoever suggested rich chocolate as well! When I crave chocolate, I get the GOOD stuff and am sated on a square or two.…

*Sending internet love and hugs!!*

I noticed this recently as well...hope someone can answer.

5k's are REALLY fun! I have done two and think it's the perfect distance, and you are already training, so you'll probably knock it out quickly. Hope you enjoy it :flowerforyou:

Great changes, you look wonderful! I am so glad we "met" each other, it's great to have encouragement and support :)
