I honestly bought a cheap one at Target for $69 (I forget the name brand, but nothing fancy!)and it works awesome, never had a problem with it.

It is a weird feeling for sure!! I had to do the same thing, went into the bath and then ended up going to bed really early! My hubby was so mad at me!!. I will make sure I grab a water bottle holder this week, so I can drink lots on my run.

Last night was horrible, had the chills and bad cramps..I usually do hard workouts (Boot camp) but this running made me instantly sick. I have been looking to learn how to start running, I'd love to join you! I have to do opposite days for Monday and Wednesday as I have boot camp those days. I definitely need some support in this area!! I just need to figure out how to get started :-).

I love the Wii active, the workouts are awesome...you can customize your own or do a pre-set workout. I found it awesome (the first one better than the "more workouts" one).

Depending on your size you can burn anywhere from 500-1000 cals. I do boot camp and I am a bit bigger and usually burn around 750+.

Yes, the exercise group I am with actually encourages a cheat day. They say it boosts your metabolism for the next week (that doesn't mean eating McDonalds 3 meals a day or anything LOL). Thanks again for the great advice, I am very regular with these workouts and for at least 2 days a week I know how many cals I will burn (I always under estimate so that way I will always hit that number). I always save at least a handful of cals for after a workout (I heard it's good to eat a bit at least 30 minutes…

Thanks so much guys, I like the idea of spreading them out over the day. I go to booty camp and lose a lot of calories during that workout, and I don't think I could eat them all after my workout. Thanks again for the advice!
