Tonic water is not the same as water. I can't remember off the top of my head but the label reads an insane amount of carbs and high in calories. I believe soda water is better.

Ok, I'm only on my 2nd week, so I'm going to try this for the rest of this week and then reassess. But now that I look at my numbers, I just might already be doing the 40% protein! :)

I did change my goals to what a personal trainer suggested, 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat. So my goals calculate to 155 carbs / 52 fat / 116 protein. I set my calories to 1550 + I workout 5x per week, earning ~260 workout calories (I'm doing super-sets followed by interval workouts on my treadmill and some days…
