Drinking my calories...
Ok, I've heard people say to never drink your calories. Well, I love my vodka+crystal light cocktails after work. If I have enough calories left after all my meals, is it ok to finish them off with a couple cocktails???

I keep going over my protein and not getting enough calories and some days very low on carbs. Is this ok?

Can someone please give me examples of "Super Sets"? I've been told to do more weight lifting, i.e. Super Sets and less cardio. Thank you!
