I have been, I've done the 4 mil and 4.4 mile ride

Look for an aerobic step for step aerobics, a jump rope, fitness blender is good too, if you have a bike I would say to ride that, that's a good calorie burner. But there are taebo, kickboxing, zumba, weight training workouts on youtube, etc. Step is fun too.

Definitely hot

Bodyweight exercises, youtube, fitness blender. com, biking, and jumping rope are all good ways to lose weight.

Calorie restriction, and then take your pick of different workouts, different activities, try everything, but you can't out exercise a bad diet, you might not gain weight, but you certainty won't lose either.

1. Log everything you eat and drink 2. Drink plenty of water 3. Get a hold of emotional eating. Therapy, exercising, the gym, and naps can all help. 4. Screw other people's expectations. this is your body and you have to live in, might as wll make it nice. 5. Find workouts/activities you can do at home, outdoors, at the…

No, I'm too screwed up, and like my freedom.

Who cares? It is where you want it to be, I personally know exercising is an escape and I don't mind if I spend1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hrs sometimes, like if I'm going through a lot of stress or training for something, I feel like an athlete. I try very hard not to care what others think, even though I do too much. I figure there…

You could start slow alternate race walking with running, until you can run like 3+ miles, the cross training is good too.

yes

Sure, I'd like to do this, if I could I would swim/water jog everyday, and then do zumba, weights, rowing etc
-
50 minutes swimming and water jogging, 30 minutes elliptical, may go for a run or race walk9 30-60 mins) later on.
-
I do the hill setting and up the resistance, and make sure that I am actively pushing and pulling the arms, sometimes I "run" on it and take my hands off, and pump my arms.
-
I have done it, like circuit training before or after my swim, zumba class, bike session, etc. Or do weights and then cardio before or later.

Likes: Multiple locations very affordable Pool(s) Great classes Great cardio/strength machines Basketball court Child care Dislikes: Couple of classes I'd love to do ( aqua zumba, etc that are not offered yet) sometimes pool schedule

I'd love to live out in Cali or Hawaii, just so I can be outdoors a lot, go to the gym, swim, do fun stuff, etc, and because I love beautiful weather. Though in the winter skiing and snowshoeing would be cool, and I can still go to the gym, or workout at home as well.
-
I see lot of runners, walkers, cyclists, rollerbladers, people out playing basketball or doing boot camp, also a lot of fitness studios, gyms, and some gyms/schools/rec centers that have pools.
-
You look so stunningly beautiful, keep up the great work.

Can race walk a 12-13 minute mile, and run a mile in 8-10 minutes. My best 5k was in 27 minutes, I'd love to get it down to 24 though.
-
I burn at least 100 for every 10 minutes, sometimes more like 140, but that's if I'm super fast, not moderate. It's also good to mix it up with running in place, squats, lunges, pushups, dips, etc if you want to do it for a long time. Jump rope for a few minutes, do a body weight exercise, repeat for 30-60 minutes, etc.
-
I love both, cardio( machines, swimming, running, zumba, etc, and kettle bell training and circuit training.
