Rough morning with youngest having a meltdown at 5:10am😬 but I was able to bounce back and get to a Qi Gong class (2nd time ever). Felt more calm after completing. "pb1workouts- my mom is a type 1 and her blood sugars seem to stabilize within a good range as long as she has protein with every meal, snack & before bed. She also quit drinking alcohol which seemed to drive her to low blood sugar in the middle of the night. Best wishes!

Another week of not posting! Well, back on the horse as they say! Kids were off all last week & due to ice storms we couldn't drive to Ontario.
