Heck yes! I don't know where you are, but in MN we get some HOT summer days and it's can be a good workout. Also, if I do a power cleaning that takes me more than an hour, I log that too! Your body is moving, give yourself credit for it!

Sounds like this is a great plan for you! But honestly I would die if that's all I ate. I don't want to ever completely cut out breads, rice, potatoes. I feel like I want to cut them back because I eat too much and it makes me feel icky. And also, I really am not a fan of fish, at all.

I decided to go low carb because I love carbs too much! And the more I eat, I feel bloated. I know one of my big problems is not logging everyday, well usually weekends!I will attempt to work on that!! I wish I could eat more fruit, but I am deathly allergic to 90% of fresh fruit. Sad.

Lets face it, in a perfect world beer would have no calories, and no carbs. But, it does. So as long as I stay on track during the week, damned straight I'll enjoy beer on a Friday and/or Saturday! Cheers!

Being that I am from MN, I am a die hard Vikings fan! I will make one meal for the game that will bring me above my calorie/carb intake. But, I enjoy that meal and feel no guilt about it!!

I had (and still have) those same worries that people see me walking and poke fun, or think "too late"... but it's not too late! And I walk the same path in hopes that IF people were poking fun, they see the progress! You can do this, and don't let your worry get the best of you!!!

I have the same problem. I have great weeks, and weeks that I think are great and I stay the same. One thing to remember is if you're eating healthy, and getting out and moving, you will lose. I am beyond frustrated today, but I have 60+ more pounds to drop, and I know I'm going to plateau for possibly weeks at a time.…

I'm sorry, did I say I was pushing that "diet" on them...? I am pushing for my entire family to eat a bit more healthy. And I think pasta, bread, potatoes every day, every meal is a bit excessive. But thanks for your concern.
