I lose weight then gain it back, so this time I am taking a different approach. Accountability is vital, otherwise I pretend that I'm not eating so badly or so much. My goal is to eat well and in the right amounts and to exercise daily. I'm counting days not pounds. 31 days today!
Although to tell the truth, I get obsessed with weight which is why I'm staying away from the scales. Funny how fast the pounds go on and how slowly they come off! I'm keeping my eye on the big picture and hoping I will still be on course a year from now and all the years to follow. I'm not a spring chicken so my goals are more modest- fitting into a bikini is not on my list! I enjoy reading the forums so thought I'd jump in because I'm beginning to have questions. So, here I am! Hello to everyone.
