Adults that talk baby talk like "doggie" and "pannycake". People that ask how you're doing when they run into you but don't wait around for your answer. People who wear lounge clothes or pj's out and about. Seriously, you don't own real clothing or are you really just too lazy to get dressed? Or is some kind of bizarre…

Hot with one packet of Truvia and one Tbls of caramel macchiatio creamer, which I log.

I like overnight oatmeal for breakfast. It's filling, full of calcium and protein and not too many calories. I'm on 1200 a day, too. For lunch a turkey wrap will keep me full. I usually have carrots or fruit with it. Sometimes I have string cheese with Triscuits or hummus, too. Dinner is a small helping of whatever I'm…

I have a bowl of popcorn around 8:00 every evening. I put a serving size in a bowl and then put the bag away. I will log this early in the day so I don't go over on calories.

When I'm overly tired or get too hungry I make poor food choices and tend to over eat. When I'm well rested and eating regularly I have no problem making healthy food choices and not over eating.

Everything in moderation........that's the number one thing I've learned in my 5 years with myfitnesspal.

I aim for at least 3 servings of veggies and 1 or 2 fruit daily. My fruits tend to be mostly apples and berries. I love grapes and pineapple, but they have a lot of sugar so I watch how much I eat.

I've had them since I was about 8. I'm 39 now. I have the light sensitivity, the throwing up, etc. Usually some caffeine and motrin will do the trick. If not, I take Zomig and it works well with little to no side affects. A dark, quiet room is essential while the medicine does its thing. There have been a couple of times…

My daughter has a nut allergy. Peanuts and cashews specifically can kill her. Neither myself nor her dad have any such allergies. Our home is not a nut free home, but she has been educated since she was old enough to talk on the dangers that nuts pose to her. She can inform anyone, but whether or not they listen or take…

I tried the Emerald cinnamon almonds in the 100 calorie packs for the first time yesterday and they are now my new favorite snack! So yummy! I felt like I was eating a dessert!

It's happened to me with fried food. Now I just stay away from it completely. As my Curves instructor says, "crap in, crap out."

It took me several weeks to get a handle on my sodium. I stopped tracking my sugar altogether. It was just too frustrating. I'd eat a banana and I'd be over. Here are a few of my favorite snacks: Laughing Cow cheese with carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, sugar snap peas almonds popsicles blueberries Fiber One bars and…
