    Porridge made with:

    5g Cocoa Powder
    20g Flaxseed
    30g Porridge oats
    200ml Skimmed Milk
    20g Sultanas
    1 Banana

    And it was delicious as always...

    2 Eggs/1cup egg whites/spinach/mushrooms/banana peppers all scrambled together and topped with a little fat free cheddar cheese, sriracha, and sugar free ketchup.

    New blender (Ninja), so experimenting with smoothies, especially when short on time, like today.

    Small (80 g) banana, pear, coconut milk, protein powder, small cucumber, and a bunch of spinach. Tasty. Won't replace eggs as my main breakfast, but nice for an occasional change of pace.

    Steel cut oats cooked in 1% milk with chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and some sliced almonds. And an apple because I was somehow still hungry.

    Not sure about lunch. We might go out. If not, probably a beef patty with some veggies.

    My usual here lately: 2 scrambled eggwhites on 1/2 soft flour taco, w/salsa and a little shredded cheese. Diet Pepsi. :)

    Lunch: not sure yet. I work tonight so it will be something filling

    My standby- soy milk yogurt and a 1/4 cup of granola. Will probably eat a piece of fruit before heading out....saving some calories for a fun outing today, complete with a beer garden! But considering I'm also salsa dancing tonight, I think I'll still end up ok. :p
