    Two Kashi 7 grain waffles topped with Justin's chocolate hazelnut spread and strawberries with a side bowl of fresh berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries) with lemon ginger tea.

    coffee with a squeeze of lemon and coffee with a TBS of coconut milk creamer. Leftover roasted veggies (sweet potatoes, eggplant, cauliflower, bell peppers, onion, russet potatoes) with 2 eggs over easy, a quarter avocado, a TBS of super spicy green chili, and a TBS of full fat plain greek yogurt. YUM!!! 415 calories and I will be full for a very long time, which is helpful today when I have conference calls back to back over lunch time!

    chocolate peanut butter smoothie (frozen strawberries, chocolate whey, PB2, and lowfat milk)
    2 cups of black tea
    cottage cheese for a mid morning snack

    Quick, filling, and low-cal.

    2 packets splenda

    650g 0% fat free vanilla yogurt
    1/2 cup Nature's Path rice puffs
    1/2 cup cheerios
    1/2 cup sliced apple
    1/2 cup sliced asian pear
    1 scoop new zealand whey protein powder

    Oatmeal with craisins and fresh raspberries, no sugar but I did top it with about 2 oz of vanilla yogurt.
    Coffee with french vanilla coconut creamer.

    Also, bites and tastes of some food I'm prepping for later (lentil soup and cuban black bean sweet potato rice). I'll have to add at least 100 calories for the tastings.

    Coffee with 2 tbsp half and half.
    Old fashioned oatmeal (1/2 cup dry) with 1 tbsp raisins.
    1 tbsp pure maple syrup.

    Super good and hold off hunger for a good 3 hours or more.
