    1/2 cup Nature's Path rice puffs

    1 scoop new zealand whey protein powder

    Oatmeal with craisins and fresh raspberries, no sugar but I did top it with about 2 oz of vanilla yogurt.
    Coffee with french vanilla coconut creamer.

    Also, bites and tastes of some food I'm prepping for later (lentil soup and cuban black bean sweet potato rice). I'll have to add at least 100 calories for the tastings.

    Old fashioned oatmeal (1/2 cup dry) with 1 tbsp raisins.
    1 tbsp pure maple syrup.

    Super good and hold off hunger for a good 3 hours or more.
