We can all motivate each other!! Feel free to add me!! I started again in Jan of this year! I have lost 8 pounds so far, still have about 35 left to go!! I have struggled with this for the last 6 year, but this year I am going to make it happen!!

Just thinking here, what do you all think of maybe starting some kind of a challenge to help us get into gear for the next 3 months? Any thoughts / suggestions?

I am 35, and trying to lose between 30-35 lbs by May or June. I have let this weight rule me for the last 6 years. It has stopped me from really enjoying activites with my kids for fear of being embarrassed. I hide in my baggy clothes, even at the pool, you will find me in a pair of jeans and one of my husband's baggy…

I haven't deleted facebook yet, but sounds like a good idea. I did get rid of the cell phone and love it. Who would have thought I was so stressed because the thing rang all the time.
