Can't believe I'm doing this, but it's great motivation to see other pictures on here. I like what I see so far. I only have 4 lbs to my goal, but really want to tone up more and drop my BF% from 29% currently to 25% or less.
Starting STATS (left pictures)
BF% 35%
Weight 165 lbs.
Hips 43.75 inches
Waist 34 inches
R. Thigh 25.25 inches
Current STATS (Right pictures)
BF% - 29%
Weight 143.6
Hips 39 inches
Waist 28 inches
R. Thigh 22 inches

Overall I feel great!

I've always eaten right and exercised, but for some reason I kept putting on weight. Long story short, I found out in Oct. 2011 that I am gluten intolerant (via an elimination diet after a battery of other blood test that showed nothing.) I didn't really eat processed foods before and made almost all of my pastas and breads, but I had a cookie obsession. Now that I can't have them and to me the gluten-free ones aren't that good and not worth the money ($7 for a 1lb. box of GF all purpose flour, no thanks) I just gave up almost all sweet stuff and baked goods. I lost weight initially because I didn't know what I could eat, but now it's really coming off because I hardly eat sugar. With the exception of Nutella if I buy it and I try not to or the dark chocolate M & M's that my husband keeps for his sweet craving! Fruits and veggies, lean protein, limit the sweet stuff and exercise hard! Oh and lots and lots of water!
I workout 5 days a week. Here is my routine if you want to know. Each day except Friday is 20-30 minutes of lifting followed by 30 minutes of cardio.
Monday - Chest & Back, C2-5K treadmill version
Tuesday - Legs (Squats and Lunges) spinning bike
Wednesday - shoulders, biceps, triceps,C2-5K treadmill version
Thursday - Legs (quad ext., ham curls, inner/out thigh, calves) Elliptical or high incline treadmill
Friday - Core, 30 min C2-5K treadmill version, 15 min stepmill
Sat & Sun rest or bike ride, walk dogs, hiking when weather permits. I live in Indiana, and our weather is unusual. Never a dull moment!
Good luck!
Oh and Thank you every one else! I'm very pleased to finally be rid of the excess I had. I know I look better, but the bigger picture is I FEEL FANTASTIC!0
