your problem seems easy. If you have been stuck for several months it is time to make a change. It may be in what you are eating. It may be your work out. It may be the effort that you put into the work out. 1. A very strict diet of Fish and Chicken baked, broiled or grilled along with a large serving of Veggies and no…

Brandon: Running a tread mill is different than running on hard dirt. You should start running for 10 to 20 minutes if you can at the pace you are comfortable with. The incline should be set at 1.5 for you to start. This will help you run better to offset the dip in the machine. As for the rest build up to what you want…

I eat the same thing for breakfast almost every day. I space out my meal and divide it into two sections. One prior to my work out and two after my work out. I eat small and it gives me the energy and fullness that I need. For me two hard boiled eggs and coffee is the perfect wake me up and energy food. Then my cream of…

Stick with a timed eating schedule. If you get off of work do you go right to bed? Do you unwind? Do you eat. For years I worked all kinds of odd hours. You have to think in your body clock and get a better ebb and flow. Never eat an hour or two before you sleep. You pack on Cal's that way. Watch what you eat and the times…

Wow: Give up wine. I would drink a glass wait 24 hours and step on the scale. That is my answer to just about anything. Your body will tell you if it makes you gain or helps you lose. I know a lot of people that have wine with dinner and stay in a weight loss plan. I would drink but lightly!

If you are working out and really working up a sweat then more than likely you simply have water weight. If you drink sports drinks stop. Focus on just water and a better diet. Friend me if you want You can look at my work outs and food that I eat.

If you want support you can friend me. Any way you slice it Good luck!

Allowed to eat??? What the heck it that. I choose to eat and the choices I make affect my weight. I know my triggers and as long as I can live with the end result I eat what I want. So yes I get on the scale daily and yes that determines how I feel about eating and working out. But hey, I just like the challenge.

This is just a thought for you but after my last operation on my knee I did go to a treadmill starting the next day. It Really helped out. Before you roll your eyes and hit the delete I want to be specific about what I am saying. Many PT clinics now have tread mill that have weight bearing systems. These are made for…

Pick a range weight that you are comfortable with and use that as a guide. Don't focus on a single number that you have to live with. Enjoy your food and live by the range goals. You will be much happier.

Is it a bad idea to step on the scale daily??? Well it depends if you live or die by the scale. I step on every morning and use the information as a tool and motivate myself. It tells me if my work out and food intake are working. I can tell you when I eat Chinese I gan three pounds. I can tell you when I eat pasta I gain…

that is just what I was thinking. I am almost at my goal and I feel lost.

You are going to have a very hard time gaining muscle or cutting on your plan. I think that you need to go out and get a book, set some real workable goals and go from there. It really sounds like you have not thought this out!

It sounds like you may have several different problems. First if you are being honest about what you eat and how much you may be eating the wrong type of foods. Some foods help you pack on the pounds very fast if you do not burn the calories off in the day. It takes about 3,500 calories to gain a pound. Look at what you…

Fiber Veggies: Carrots, Green Broccoli are my first choices.

In looking at what you said your work out was I could see why your a little frustrated. First a 45 minute spin class will not give you the same weight loss effects as walking or running. Second conditioning work again will help your over all body and slowly help reduce but this is a very slow process compounded with the…

I eat everything. Lol. Pie, cake, snack and all the wrong foods I am told. However, when I eat something I like or crave then I workout a little harder. Everything is good in small amounts.

Everything is about goals. Big goals and little ones. I think what helps is the fact that I set daily goals, weekly goals and monthly goals. If you enjoy making your goal then you have your need in hand. For me my small goals are sometimes silly and would mean nothing to anyone else. Buy an article of clothing one size…

work harder on your bulk lifting, max power training will help with your loss to 12. I would not start to add a higher intake. Check your water levels and have blood work done monthly. Within a short while you will be at your goal.

I just walk into mine. It is open 24/7 365.

The squat is a compound, full body exercise that trains primarily the muscles of the thighs, hips and buttocks, quads (vastus lateralus medialis and intermedius), hamstrings, as well as strengthening the bones, ligaments and insertion of the tendons throughout the lower body. It does not cause a round butt or a flat butt.…

AT 132 pounds if you want to cut your body to show off you will have to really work on your diet. For bulk gain you will need a lot of fuel and weight.

oh horse puckie! Look eat what you need. if you track calories and eat healthy ie. non sugar foods you will lose. Also if you are only burning 400 calories a few times a week up the work outs and change things. Your exercise is a toning work out. How can you tone when you need to burn fat. That is your real issue. Walkm…

Gym membership cost = Zero Dollars. I walk into my home gym. It has just about all I need.

Find the veggies that you like. Remember that many healthy foods make sugar. Then just eat a balanced meal plan. Life is to short to avoid Snickers!

Try the push up.

33 pounds is very workable at your current weight. Look at wheat belly and low carb. I lost 14 lbs fast and average 4 to 5 per week. I was over 300 as well.

First let me say that the cal. content of an egg will always change if it is boiled, water boiled (poached), pan fried, microwave oven cooked or baked. Basic chemistry changes the structure of each method. If you like to eat eggs for breakfast then the best way is hard boiled. Second if you want scrambled eggs then please…

The only person that you do this for is you. The only critic you should have is you. Don't put value on what others say. You journey will have bumps, road blocks and a few hic-ups. So what. Work small goals to get to the big goal. No short cuts. Bypass, weight loss pills and everything else is just a load of garbage if you…

I think the key is finding the people that you like and fit in with. I do not write each day. I do not write to everyone. I do connect more with others than with some. You can choose who you friend and then if it does not work hit delete! seems simple
