I was at the same place, almost 3 wks without any loss, even a slight gain, So I changed my workouts and also increased water intake, and finally saw a small loss.

was able to do 3.2 miles on tues, so at 8.1 miles for the week

are you eating 1200 net calories? you may need to increase your intake. are you losing any inches?

I have also not had alot of weight loss yet, have been doing the exercising and watching my calories and barely make a 1 lb a week. But I know I have to just keep going because not always about the scale but also the inches lost.

I met my goal this week to get 150 minutes of exercise in. next week goal is to try to get to 180 minutes.:happy:

I have noticed not using as much insulin now that exercising more. I usually average about 60-90 units including my basl rates.

have you done any measurements ? hips? waist? if you are looking slimmer than you are toning up your body, so then there isnt always a change in the numbers on the scale.

hello, I am also trying to run my first 5k, and I am a lover of bread too, it takes alot of willpower to increase the fruits and veggies for snacking. Can friend me for motivation.

I have just starting using MFP too, and work 48 hours a week and have 2 active boys, I am trying to keep tracking food and I try to at least do 30 minutes a day of exercise. I am trying to train for a 5k , so I use that to keep on going.
