Maria- my daughter had the passing out issue earlier this month. They think it was a viral infection. She's fine now so hopefully you will be too! I originally said 80 miles for April but I'm going to push it a bit more and say 85 miles. Thanks for doing this for us - hope you feel better!

I eat before bed every night. My lifestyle hasn't allowed me to do it any other way and I've been successful in losing the weight and keeping it off. My personal deduction ... Your body adjusts. Eat less and move more.

I recommend you talk to a physician. I was taught support systems such as a back brace can actually make you more inclined for injury. I hate having to wear my knee supports!

I highly recommend going to a running store. The store I go to fits you in the proper shoe by putting you on the treadmill and video taping you running. I go to Performance Running Outfitters and they went as far as to help me correct my run. I was able to increase the amount of miles I run without any issues and hurt a…

Go to a store that specializes in running shoes/gear. In Wisconsin I go to Performance Running Outfitters in Brookfield. They check your gait, ask you lots of questions then bring out a multitude of shoes for you to try on. They shoot videos of you running on the treadmill and work with you to pick the best fit to your…

Hate it because it burns so few calories for me compared to running. Love it because it gives me the cardio workout and saves my knees when they are killing me!
