I hit the outdoors for my cardio workouts. Indoors I do some strength workouts. Works for me without the cost of the gym.

D to B ... I now wear a smaller bra than my daughter which sucks! I have lots of excess skin but fully clothed & in a good bra it doesn't matter how saggy they are!

While I'm fee zing anytime there'd is a draft, I learned it's both my iron level and vitamin D that was off. It was well worth the trip to the doctor. I'm praying that age 50 I don't get the hot flashes!

I'm so pumped for the challenge! 2/1 = 2 miles 2/2= 7 miles MTD = 9 miles

If there is room available, I'd love to join the group for February. My goal is 50 mikes for my 50 years. Please let me know if there is still room.

Excellent work!!! I agree with you ... exercise and documenting everything you eat is the key!

You are learning to eat healthy ... Good for you!

I'veseen plenty of nine year olds beat me at the 5K. If he wants to & is healthy enough, I say go for it! My kids were playing contact sports at that age & survived!

I'm a Wisconsin runner, too! I ran on the treadmill the other night & thought my four miles would never end! I personally love my Nike climate gear I picked up at the outlet store last year. I've got a number of other brand pieces given to me as gifts that do not compare at all. My goal is to find a hat & face cover that's…

Beautiful! You are an inspiration to others!

I believe you need to continue doing what works for you & not concern yourself with it being less effective. You need to avoid injury! Good luck on your quest!

I received a call to report to the upstairs conference room to answer some questions. I walked up the 20 steps and into a room full of the Company leaders ... I answered questions while I fought like hell to catch my breath. The next day I started on MFP!

It's going to come, I'll log it then get back on right away. I try to log it all as best I can!

Eat your calories, exercise, water & sleep but most important...document everything!

I was over 200 when I did it last year. It's not the weight that will get you, it's the workouts. Start slow & know or the first 10 days or so it will be a killer!

Mine isn't so much the things people have said but what they didn't. There are tons of people who talk to me like I'm their best friend and never said hello to me 100 pounds heavier. Then there are the people who I thought were friends but turned out now harass me to tears now that I'm thinner. How do I cope? Live in the…

What type of challenges do you plan on doing? I personally would love the support and work a challenge brings but fear getting into something where I can't fulfill my part. I can I bring? Drive, dedication and determination! What do I hope to get out of it? I've been active on MFP for 615+ days and have hung in there when…

It happened to je when o hit 172. I could not get past it for almost three months. I tried everything I could think of from changing my calorie intake to the times I worked out to the intensity of the workouts and nothing. One week the scale moved and soon I found myself at goal. Give your body time ... It will happen!

Good for you! My first run of the year was the Strain for the Brain & I plan to continue with it yearly!brain cancer research needs support!

Occasionally I'll have days where I "let my hair down" so to speak. The thing I don't like is the four pound gain from the aftermath. I hate having to work 3-4 days just to take it back off again. Now that I'm at goal weight I tend to go up on the weekends then down during the week. I hate the cycle so last weekend I put…

Very inspirational!

I've lost 100 & have exercised throughout my weightloss. I have some major loose skin in the stomach, inner thighs, arms & knees. I decided WHO CARES! Who needs a bikini when you spend the majority of your life in regular clothes!
