I've been using MFP for a few months and would love more accountability buddies. :) Michelle

This crockpot beef stew is delicious! I prep it the night before, then mix and turn on in the morning. It's awesome to come home to dinner cooked and ready! http://www.mrshappyhomemaker.com/2012/09/best-ever-beef-stew/

For breakfast in the car, I eat protein bars like Luna bars and keep a big bottle of water to sip during the long drive. For lunches, you could try meal replacement shakes and fruit. Good luck!

After 6 lbs down, I noticed a loss of inches. However, at that point, I had been exercising regularly for about a month. I still have about 70 more lbs to lose... It seems that adding an exercise routine will change the composition of your body quicker than weight loss alone. Just my humble opinion though!

I just had a two week plateau, but kept at it and started losing pounds again this week. Just keep doing what you're doing and the weight will come off eventually. I know it's frustrating, but good luck!

I just recently got really bored with the gym, so I tried hiking and love it! Its nice to be outside and it burns about 500 calories per hour if you keep up the pace.

I would give it at least 2-4 weeks before you stress about it. Just focus on healthy eating during that time and enjoy your life.

Try yoga! It has smoothed out my body while also doing cardio three times a week. Start with an easy 15 minute routine and work your way up.

I sent you a request too. More motivation is always welcome!
