Aaaah! It sounds like sciatica. Don't know that for sure, but I have/had it for several years. It took a few yrs, but finally got it under control. The only reason I think that is the shooting pain down the leg part. Obviously, only way to tell though is to go see a dr. They were able to diagnose it for me very quickly. :)…

I do agree that maybe a few things are perhaps too processed, but for the most part, your diet isn't bad. In my opinion, you are still not eating enough. If you are truly burning 1700 - 2400 calories/day, your calorie intake should still be higher than it is. Try kicking it up to 1400 - 1500 cals and I bet you start losing…

One last thing...you may need to search for a workout that you love. Find something that you don't consider boring and that will give you results quickly. You're much more likely to stick with it then.
