I've noticed in my diary I've been going over in carbs pretty regularly and just want to try to stay in the green. Plus I have a float trip coming up in about a month and my stomach is a little to flabby for me lol

I'm 5'8 currently 174, working my way towards 135. I do have more of an athletic build so I may never get down that low with the muscle I carry so my ULTIMATE goal is t just love the way I look and fit back into my old jeans :)
