My August Goals: Drink at LEAST 9-10 glasses of water a day. No alcohol during the week and limited on weekends. Cut breads, pastas, brown rice etc down to 1-2x a week. No sweets or junk food. Need advice for gaining size.
Not for myself! My boyfriend has a hard time keeping weight on. He has a very active job, weight trains 3-4 times a week, doesn't do any cardio and eats a ton. Does anyone have any suggestions for supplements, a food regimen or weight lifting schedule?
