    Interesting article. And you should be aware that some people will be prepared to argue with it. Lol.
    Not that I plan on doing the HCG, but I know some people who have and it just doesn't seem healthy. Sure, the weight they lost impressed me, but I see them gaining some of the weight back. I think I'll keep this article handy.

    Oh I know. I had pretty much the same topic up earlier today and it got deleted for reasons unknown and I'm guessing it was because of people arguing. I didn't even get a chance to view any of the replies :(
