Need advice for gaining size.

Not for myself! My boyfriend has a hard time keeping weight on. He has a very active job, weight trains 3-4 times a week, doesn't do any cardio and eats a ton. Does anyone have any suggestions for supplements, a food regimen or weight lifting schedule?

  • You can actually set MyFitnessPal for gaining weight, if he's so inclined. It'd be hard to tell without knowing the kind of foods he eats and what he does for a living.
  • He eats pretty much anything, fastfood, red meat, chicken, veggies and starches. He's not a huge breakfast person. He pulls 10-12 hour days usually doing tree work, landscaping etc.
