Need advice for gaining size.

Not for myself! My boyfriend has a hard time keeping weight on. He has a very active job, weight trains 3-4 times a week, doesn't do any cardio and eats a ton. Does anyone have any suggestions for supplements, a food regimen or weight lifting schedule?

    You can actually set MyFitnessPal for gaining weight, if he's so inclined. It'd be hard to tell without knowing the kind of foods he eats and what he does for a living.

    He eats pretty much anything, fastfood, red meat, chicken, veggies and starches. He's not a huge breakfast person. He pulls 10-12 hour days usually doing tree work, landscaping etc.
