What are your favorite moves to blast your hips, thighs and butt?

    Anything that burns calories, combined with eating less of course.

    Spot training (for fat loss) is physiologically impossible.

    I have yet to find something! My thighs arent bad but my hips are huge. THanks for posting this hopefully people have some tips for us!

    I'm having the same problem, I'm seeing results on my stomach but not my thighs at all!!! :(

    My bootcamp trainer has us doing a million squats... in just 2 weeks I can already tell a difference!!

    Beyond that though, I like what I call dry land (from back when I dove and we'd work-out out of the pool).. It really things like leg lifts, working with a medicine ball, and a personal favorite of mine, pilates!

    However, to lose inches, cardio is the obvious answer.
  • Thanks. I know you can't "spot burn" but I'm looking for shaping/toning moves that I can add to my routine before I do cardio.
    I've always wanted to try pilates. The gym I go to doesn't have a pilates class so I've been looking into some dvds. Any suggestions?

    A ton- I'm definitely a pilaties girl!

    I'm at work atm.. but I'll raid my collection tonight and pull out the best titles for ya.

    I also think I have a dry land workout saved on my home comp too.. I can send tha tas well if you'd want to check it out?
