Me too - although I am pregnant so I have to. Kudos to you! I will say that during the first 15 weeks of pregnancy I hardly gained a pound, and I think it was partially due to the lack of beer/drinking!

I am 18 weeks pregnant and have gotten back to the routine of working out every day. I told him about my efforts and he shrugged it off. I said "aren't you proud of me?" He said "Yeah but all it does it make me look even worse." I am trying to be a good example.

Damn! So I can't eat an extra piece of cake just because I did a weight video?! Boo... However, I have heard that having more muscle helps you burn more fat throughout the day, which is probably good for you in the long run.

You can do as many exercises as you want to strengthen your abs underneath, but to echo what everyone else has said, you really cannot get a flat stomach/get rid of tummy fat without a clean diet.
