Do you have a grill? If so, combine: 1 tbsp greek seasoning 1/3 cup olive oil 1 tbsp dried oregano 1 tbsp dried rosemary 1 tbsp thyme 2 tsp caraway seeds 2 tsp salt (if greek seasoning is sodium free) 2 tsp pepper the juice of one lemon lemon zest and chop up tenderloin, let marinate for 4-24 hours Then skewer with veggies…

I'm not that worried about my cholesterol since I'm only 19. I just need to lose like 15 lbs, so this isn't a long term thing either.
-
I wonder if I can make a bacon dessert.
-
That sounds delicious!
-
Wow, I'll try that! Thanks! Today I made an awesome treat using 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp butter 4 tbsp cocoa powder (4 net carbs) 6 packets splenda (don't know how many carbs, I'm assuming less than 6) 1/3 tsp peppermint extract (might want to cut back, it was very pepperminty) Basically I melted the butter/oil, mixed…

Do any of you know of a low carb, zero calorie sweetener? I use splenda to make my Atkins treats, but splenda has carbs in it.
-
I started last week, and I'm already down 4 lbs.
-
thank you, I'll take a look
-
I can't imagine eating butter raw. The rest sound great though
-
That's a great idea! Thanks (:

For instance, what I plan to eat today is: 2 Sweet Italian Chicken Sausages - 24 grams of fat - 34 grams protein Salmon fillet - 5 grams fat - 49 grams protein I have 500 calories left for the day, and I want to devote them mainly to fats and low carb vegetables
-
Can anyone suggest a low calorie, high protein bar? Or a recipe for one?
-
Okay, that's a relief. This fat fast's been a pain in the butt these last few days, but I think it's really working. It's kind of fun too, even though most of the calories have come from straight up like butter or oil.
-
Thank you!

Interestingly, I actually had a great workout today! I increased my weight by 10 lbs on one exercise.
-
I'm also restricting pasta, since I'm trying out Atkins. I mean, if it works for her and it's reasonably healthy, I don't see the problem with restricting certain foods.

Wow, what's with all of the negativity here? She asked a simple question. I for one think it's wonderful that the OP is trying to eat healthier. So what if she called it a detox? From the sound of it (1500 calories a day, all whole foods and veggies), it sounds very healthy.
-
To answer that question: usually I fill up the rest of my daily calories with bread, fruit, or veggies. I also have a bad problem with overeating actual meat, like I'll eat 1 lb of chicken breast in one sitting. Protein powder fills me up without the excess calories.
-
I just wish I could make bread that was low cal. Know of any recipes for some?
-
True - I'm too lazy to weigh bread.

2. I know, I just want to feel proud of myself, I guess. 3. Admittedly, I've been slacking off on the DLs lately. I haven't tried to reach my max lift. I know I could do more than 160, but I haven't found out how much more I can do. I'm benching 115 lb for 3 sets of 5.
-
Squats - 100 lb deadlift - 90 lb leg press - 120 lb hip thrusts - 120 lb pull ups - 1 with band
-
I started doing them like back in November. You'll be shocked by how quickly you improve.
-
Today I reached 305 lbs! Yeah!
-
If you don't like cardio, try weight lifting. Trust me, I hate exercise to, but ever since I started to lift, I can't wait to go to the gym! I love to watch myself improve.
-
5'1", goal weight of 130 too. (:

Check out asian/ethnic grocery stores near you. The produce I've gotten at Chinese groceries have been excellent and very cheap. Like 1 lb of oyster or shiitake mushrooms for $2. Or apples for $0.69 per pound.
-
Thank you for the encouragement, everyone! :)
-
Testosterone, I think.
-
Thank you! I can't wait to go heavier next week!
