I had the most amazing lunch a few days ago. I grilled some sliced peaches with balsamic vinegar, then ate it atop a piece of bread (but a cracker, grilled portebello, or flat bread would also be delicious) with a few thin sheets of brunost cheese (although I imagine blue cheese would also work)
