If I could get my curves down to say Kim Kardashians measurements, I'd be thrilled. Right now I'm 5'2 and 40 29 40. I've never been as small as her though, ever.

My sons and my daughter-in-law have a few, but I never wanted one. I'm 54 for one thing and I'm all about matching my outfits . I'd drive myself crazy trying not to clash my fashion choices with a tattoo.

I roast peanuts in the shell and eat 20 as a serving. Also, p-nut butter on apple slices is good,but I have to tell ya, I'd never get all my calories in without my protein shake. Plus they say, you should have one right after your workout for best results. Good luck!

I dropped a few yesterday because they had not logged on in over 6 months or so and some had deleted their membership. The others that has not logged on for 2 months or less, I sent an e-mail to get them back on it.

I upped my calories to 1765 last Wed. and went up 2.5 pounds, but this morning I've lost them. They are right, we need to give our bodies time to reset itself. Like you, I have a ton of energy and I swear I see less fluff already!!! I'm so excited to see where this takes all if us over the next few months. Thank goodness…

Same here, I upped my calories a bit more last Wed. and I went up 2 pounds and have since lost 1 of them. But I was doing the same thing eating less, same pound up or down for months. I have a ton of energy and my workouts are spot on since I'm feeling do strong. I can't wait to see where I am 6 weeks from now. Good luck…

I upped my calories and it has made a real difference in my inch loss, but I've gained about 2 pounds. My back fat is disappearing and I have less dimples on my butt!!! I did add deep squats and deadlifts to my circuit training, so maybe it's the two working together. As long as it's working, I'll concentrate on inch loss…

I know it's slow going. I upped my calories to 1765 per day and I'm still losing and gaining the same 1.5 pounds as I was eating 1400. I'm gonna hang in there though, I feel great and can't wait to see what happens! I just keep telling myself I'm building fat burning muscle, that keeps me going!

Are you eating back the calories you are burning? Your body needs that fuel or it will shut down.

Pay now or pay later. If you eat healthy now and take care of yourself, the expense of healthy food choices is nothing compared to medical bills from abusing your body. And the quality of life by having a fit body! You can't put a price on that.

This is correct. Alot of Doctor's go by the same old diet rules. They think we're all made from cookie cutters, and that we all should fit one mold! WRONG!!!!

Unless a Dr. goes into the field of weightloss, his studies on the subject are very limited. You will find that 1200 calories will only stall you overall weightloss, and that you will lose muscle instead of fat. Eat more to lose weight!

I just joined this group too. My TDEE - 15% has me eating 1765 calories per day. I want to lose fat and build muscle so adding the proper fuel to the fire makes me a fat burning machine!!!!! I plan to be a fit 54 yr old!!! Yeah Baby!!!

Are you eating back your exercise calories? Also find out what you BMR is and never eat less than that or you will cause your weightloss to stall. Eat healthy and eat clean. Junk food won't get you anywhere. It is the problem, Lean proteins, healthy grains, fruits and veggies. You have to eat them to lose weight and keep it off for good. Once you get to your goal, once in a while splurge a little, but this is a lifestyle change, not a diet. Good Luck.
