You need to eat more!!! You have got to eat your target number plus exercise calories. You will start losing when you eat them and the extra calories will support your weight loss so you will have firm skin and not be skinny fat.

Looking at your diary, I would suggest you make sure you eat all your exercise calories. Your body needs them when you work out for sure. Also , try to eat cleaner and leaner. Less processed foods, they are high in sodium. Hope that helps.

I would do the same thing every time I came back from vacation, gain 5 pounds. Then I switched from cardio workouts to lifting weights. I've built muscle that keeps my fat burning engine on all the time. I can't wait to workout now, cause it means I can eat unhealthy from time to time and still maintain while on vacation.

I eat the 3-2-1 cake when I want chocolate and throw in 5 semisweet choc. morsels after it comes out of the microwave. That is about 130 calories, but it does the trick. Look in the recipe section on this site for more info.
