  • Well, it looks like I'm out. :( I'm planning to try and keep up the working out for the rest of the month, but today was a verrry high calorie day for me! I wish all of you the best of luck with this month's challenge, and with your fitness goals in the future!!

  • Hi everyone! My name is Sally and I'm looking forward to the extra accountability this challenge will bring! I'm a little nervous about how I'll do with the holidays, and exercising 7 days a week is a daunting task, but I think I'm up for the challenge!!
