Ok, I have another question about the answers given to the first question. I already eat super healthy, no processed food, food with preservatives that sort of thing. I always end up within the goals for protein but nothing else. So protein shakes would be a no go in my case? Oh and we're talking like a 700 calorie…

Well it works for me. I went from 250 lbs to 150 lbs. You need to tone your abdominal muscles but if you don't have a clean, healthy diet you can bulk your abs up all you want but you won't be able to see it until you get rid of the fat. Abs are made in the kitchen my dear. You will have to tone your abdominal muscles so they will be visible once you have lost all the fat. 30% gym, 70% kitchen.
