Am I the only one? Do people tell you that you run/bike/jog/whatever too much? Does missing a workout ruin your whole day? Do you consistently not eat enough to compensate for the calories you've burned? Do you reach your target time/distance and want to keep going? This would be the post for you. Let me know I'm not alone!

You are not alone! I feel awful if I don't get some cardio in almost daily! I have been sick for a few days, and haven't been able to exercise. I actually feel guilty!0

I go to the gym every weekday. I spend 45-60 minutes a day on a machine, besides weekends that is. I have yet have anyone to tell me that but I expect it after more weight falls off. When I started, I was 165. Right now I'm 150.5.......0

Thank God! I'm getting tired of being told to slow down. Do you guys think there is such a thing as too much cardio?0
