I also lost about 70 pounds and found every one of them again (ugh) after a series of health issues and slacking off. Looking to ghost this weight and never see it again. Feel free to add me as well, folks.

I turned 40 in September, and I'm not playing any more games. Feel free to add me, y'all. :

Yep, it includes a dressing packet, the hummus, the grilled chicken, and of course the salad greens. Enjoy!

Yes! I completed the Alpha and Beta rounds last summer, and I lost about 30 lbs doing the modified exercises (this was in conjunction with other workouts and making sure my calories were at a deficit, not following the nutritional guide provided). I just started T25 again last week, and it's awesome to see how much my…

I would also like some new friends! All fitness levels welcome, but I'm looking for folks who are serious, committed, and who would like to occasionally interact (i.e., status updates, comments, etc.). B)

Wonderful!! Congrats on this special milestone.

It's awesome to reflect on the process! A year ago (December 2014), I decided to give up soda and I haven't looked back. I also restarted my fitness journey in February 2015, and I've lost 60 pounds since then, making me the lightest and fittest I have been in years. I have not missed a day on MFP, being brutally honest…

I weigh myself pretty much everyday, but I only record it in MFP once a week. As others have stated, I like to be nerdy and keep track of the trend in the Libra app (the fluctuations don't bother me, but give me some insight and allows me to make some realistic projections). This is also a great help if my weight has not…

Not to discount your concern or the rest of your post, but I'm not sure how the "starving kids" is specific to Africa. Kwashiorkor is a global issue.

Ditto! The numbers can be helpful to gauge where we are, but what has helped me is to make smaller "phase" goals, with an even smaller goal of making healthful choices every single day. Congrats on starting your new journey!

I have 18.1 pounds to go, and I plan on celebrating my entry into Onderland! I was 267 earlier this year. ETA, I'm looking for new friends who need/want to provide accountability and encouragement. Feel free to add me.

"You Can't Stop Me" by Andy Mineo is one of those songs that helps me go a lil harder https://youtube.com/watch?v=_ryzcCT_9BE

You can do it! This year, I have been focusing on increments of 5% of my body weight, which has been so helpful for me. I have the entire vision, but by concentrating on smaller pieces of the picture, it helps me to be realistic that this journey really is a marathon and not a sprint. It also allows me to celebrate the…

I'm at the end of week 5, so feel free to add me! I've tried C25K in the past and never seemed to commit beyond a certain point, but I've learned to pace myself and not give up. I'm enjoying how my body is building stamina and endurance.

I'm also new to kettlebells, and I love them! I have the adjustable kind so I can increase the weight. I concur with starting with the swing and perfecting your form. One thing that I have been enjoying in addition to the youtube video workouts is mixing it up by doing "Tabata" style (exercise for 20 seconds, active rest…
