Question about Wendy's salads

I just got the Mediterranean chicken salad from Wendy's. A full salad is counted as 450 calories on here. Does that include the dressing packet? Thank you

    Yep, it includes a dressing packet, the hummus, the grilled chicken, and of course the salad greens. Enjoy!

    Wendy's has great salads for a fast food place. They used to even have a full salad bar, good times.

    I haven't been to Wendy's in years. Since they stopped selling my favorite salad. But that one sounds good. I may have to try it.

    It includes the dressing that comes with it by default (the balsamic). If you sub it out for something else you have to recalculate it though. :smile:
