Normally it would be homemade pizza night but since I forgot to buy pizza sauce we're going out tonight!
-
Definitely a breakfast person, always have been!

I get up at 4:30 during the week so I can workout before everyone else gets up. I sleep in until 6-7 on the weekends.
-
I would say lightly active based on your job.
-
Thanks for your answers! I do have a gym membership but I've been doing my weights at home and cardio at gym so far.
-
Mine at home gives me a much lower calorie burn than the one at the gym and I'm dripping in sweat when I'm done.
-
I did 15 minutes on my elliptical this morning. After work I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the climber.
-
My staples are: oatmeal, Fiber One bars, peanut butter, broccoli, string cheese, coffee and Greek yogurt.
-
I keep my diary open to my friends. It helps me stay accountable for my food. We're here to help/cheer each other on and that's hard to do if you have no clue what they are eating.
-
I would focus on logging my food to be sure I am at a calorie deficit first to lose weight. For fitness a nice balance of strength and cardio should do the trick.

I made corned beef and cabbage with potatoes for the family. I ate corned beef, baked potato and some vegetables. We're a week late with our St. Patrick's Day meal.
-
I loved the taste of the cookie dough one but I was one of those people that had digestive issues afterwards.
-
I don't like to drink milk but needed to make sure I got my calcium so I put 1/2 cup of unsweetened almond milk in my oatmeal every morning.
-
Try going first thing in the morning that way it's done and out of the way. Plus I love how I feel all day after I've worked out early.

The cat likes to rub on my head and use me as a bridge when I do planks. I've had the cat hanging on my arm while doing pilates hundreds. The other day the dog laid on one side of my yoga mat and the cat on the other while I was doing mat work. I guess it just makes it more exciting.
-
Absolutely! I agree that working out will help with cramps. I love making sure I do some yoga and pilates too for relief.
-
I log everything I eat. I didn't know until yesterday that pickles were zero calories.
-
I don't believe in cheat meals/days. I just try to eat healthy most of the time. You can't deprive yourself of certain foods. This should be a lifestyle change not a diet. Just log everything you eat. Some days are better than others.
-
I log coffee as coffee. The only thing I count as water is my actual water.

I am at maintenance as well and work out everyday or almost everyday. I have my recommended calories set to 1700. I eat back my exercise calories. I have been maintaining for 4-5 months this way. I do strength training 3 days a week, cardio on other days and yoga/pilates at least 3 days. I cut way back on cardio since I…

The only one I log is snow shoveling. Otherwise it's only intentional exercise.
-
I do morning workouts to get them out of the way. If I wait until after work it's too easy for me to skip it.
-
I eat whenever I want to eat.
-
I love broccoli, spinach, carrots, cauliflower and zucchini
-
I never log cleaning as exercise. Snow shoveling is a totally different story!

I found that before I started tracking my food that I actually was gaining weight even when exercising daily. Once I joined MFP and began logging all my food I was able to lose weight. I've found that I am making better food choices as well. Also I don't do strictly cardio anymore. I do strength training 3 times a week,…

Cinnamon raisin oatmeal with almond milk and an egg white, YUM

During the week my breakfast, morning snack and lunch are usually the same too. I don't worry about it because mine are healthy choices just not varied. Dinner is usually the only meal that changes for me. Weekends are a different story.
-
Absolutely not! It should be more motivation to work out.
