I get my workout clothes at Target.

A cup of black coffee gets me going in the morning. Once I'm at the gym I either listen to music or read a book or watch a movie on my Kindle. Sometimes I still get bored and I people watch. I do my cardio at the gym and weights at home. The weights are set up in front of all the cardio equipment at my gym so I like…

I have rheumatoid arthritis. The best thing for me is the AMT. I like the stairmaster too but sometimes my knees hurt too bad. I can do an elliptical if the stride isn't too long. If I walk really slow with no incline I can do the treadmill - sort of defeats the purpose though going that slow so I only do it once in a…

I just do a cup of black coffee and I'm good to go!

I did 10 minutes on the bike for warmup, 30 minutes of AMT, 10 minute cool down walking slow on the treadmill and 10 minutes of yoga at the end for some stretching. I wish everyday could be the weekend!

Exercise is a great addition to logging everything you eat. Just don't overdue the exercise and get burned out if you aren't use to exercising.

My gym membership is $10 a month. I love it!!

I did a boot camp workout a couple of years ago. I pulled a muscle in my ribs and was in pain for two weeks. Pain so bad the first week that I cried every time I tried to move.

I've been at maintenance for almost a year now. I find that logging everything I eat is #1 for keeping me on track. I also started doing strength training a year ago along with my cardio and love the results. If I find myself gaining a few pounds I just reevaluate what I've been doing. I fluctuate around +/- 5 pounds. Also…

I do suggest it to them. Problem is they don't want to put the effort into logging their food. Oh well, I tried to help them.

My day two was a pretty good eating day. I even went out to eat with my son and made wise choices. I got up early and tackled the Stairmaster so I'm saying it was a great day.

I'm on board with you ladies! I gained three pounds while on vacation and have not really done anything positive about fixing it. I love food but need to watch how much I am eating until I get back on track. Today I am happy that I did my strength workout and a 2 1/2 mile walk all on a Monday morning before work. Hope…

I drank diet pop for years and years and couldn't stand water because of course it wasn't sweet. Once I quit diet pop a few years ago it was easier to drink water. You have to force yourself when you start but now it's habit. I drink two cups of coffee in the morning and the rest of the day is water unless I'm having an…

I lift my weights at home but I did a lot of research through bodybuilding.com.

I know I have to track my food. I was working out most days of the week and gained 15 pounds before I joined MFP. That was when I learned I couldn't eat whatever I wanted even though I exercised.

Sea Salt Delight Bites, yummy!

My dog use to sleep in my bed but now he's old and arthritic and can't jump up. I have a pillow with a blanket on it next to my bed for him. I love my furry son!

I like cheering on my MFP friends and being cheered on by them. I don't look at everyone's food diary every single day but I do look from time to time to get ideas.

My SO and daughter both know my passwords. I don't have anything to hide.

I have a few of Leslie's walking videos and love them. I did them during the winter months when I didn't want to go out in the cold to the gym.

I was doing one of the leg machines wrong and nobody said anything to me. I even saw a trainer working with someone who would look at me and then look away and said nothing. I didn't find out until I was doing it and my BF matter of factly said "You know you're doing that wrong" and then showed me how to do it properly,

I love my Kindle for avoiding boredom. I either watch a movie or read a book. If I'm at the gym and still get bored I like to watch the people in front of me lifting weights. I like getting ideas from them.

Are you trying to lose weight? Just because I exercise doesn't mean I'm trying to lose weight.

I have pizza at least once a week. There are no bad foods.

I'm 5'4 and fluctuate between 116-119.

My motivation for making this lifestyle change stick is I don't want to gain that weight again. I've been trying to eat mostly healthy although I have a sweet tooth. I still have yummy things just not as much as I use to. I work out most days of the week. Three days a week I do weights the other days I do cardio (long…
