I'm 5'4 and at maintenance so I eat 1700 on days I don't exercise. I try and eat most of my exercise calories back on days that I work out.

I have a Sole E25 and love it. It is a pretty big one, silly me underestimated just how big when I bought it.

1. Just because you got pregnant doesn't mean you need to marry the loser! 2. Eat healthier 3. Lift weights 4. Be happy! You can't change other people and the sooner you learn to live with others the easier life gets.

I have oatmeal everyone morning with cinnamon and unsweetened almond milk. Sometimes I add blueberries or raisins.

I really like the bodybuilding.com as well. They have videos for each lift showing you how to do it.

I do my strength training at home and most cardio at the gym. When I'm doing cardio I like to observe the people lifting weights to get ideas.

I have shin splints now too. I power walked and ran Saturday and now they are killing me. I have a little roller with nubbins that I used to massage it last night. I also read to ice them and give them time to heal. I rode a stationary bike at the gym this morning and that didn't bother them at all. Hope yours get better…

We'll go to the gym together but usually do our own thing once we get there. We have different fitness levels and goals.

I strength train 3 days a week and on the other days I mix up the cardio (Adaptive Motion Trainer, Climber, Elliptical, treadmill and bike)

I eat peanut butter almost every day. Just weigh it and fit it into your daily calorie allotment.

I'm at maintenance now but I keep my activity level set at sedentary. I work out 6-7 days a week as well (3 strength training and the other days are some type of cardio) but I have an office job where I sit the rest of the time. Good luck on your journey!

I have her yoga, pilates and 4 different walking videos. During the winter months I would do a 4-5 mile walk a few mornings a week and strength train 3 mornings a week.

The only thing I log as exercise is actual workouts, strength training and shoveling snow. It was a crazy Winter around here this year....lol.

I had to give up some shows at night since they are past my bedtime...lol. I get up at 4:30 to workout before the kids get up and we all get ready for work and school.
