Forget the machines, and use free weights. Go for 8-12 reps, if you can do more than that, increase your weight. For a full body workout you can try: squats (with a barbell) launges (with dumbells) dumbell curls skull crushers chest press deadlifts Google them or you tube to see proper forms.

30DS is a bit different, it's mostly strenght... I dont want to sacrifice my performance in weightlifing... Might just give it a go and see how it goes :/

Got to bump this... I tried to be cocky and do chest press with too heavy dumbells (12kg each) - it fell of my chest while everyone was watching! Had to go and put it back and get a lighter one... :embarassed:

The UNHEALTHY way of doing it is to cut your calories a lot and do no exercise. Like a fad diet, with little protein. You will lose muscle then. I did that a year or so ago. Was it worth it? Hell no. Water! I started drinking about a gallon of water a day about 4 weeks ago. Used to have really bad cellulite. Yesterday my husband asked "what is cellulite?" and i said "I'll show you", but I couldnt, there was nothing there! The best NSV ever! So yeah, water, water, water!
