5'7 258 on the left 134 on the right (scar is from a fluer de lis tummy tuck, 5 months post op!) Currently working on lowering my BFP 1-2% and making my muscles grow! :wink:

Way to go on your loss so far! I remember feeling the same when I bought my first new size outfits after the first 40 pounds! It felt great to get out of those "tents" lol. :)

For me it was my rapidly declining health.. it was a wake up call. I was in and out of hospitals all the time and felt like death. I wanted to lose weight to live longer for my family and to be able to enjoy life. :smile:

5'7 here and 134. :) My lowest was 127 and I looked skeletal, it really depends on your frame! I have a large frame. I fluctuate between 132-134 and that's my maintenance weight.

Yes! My dad decided to change his eating after seeing my transformation. He's lost 20lbs since cutting out a lot of garbage he was eating. 5'7 and my range is 130-136. I've been sitting pretty at 134 for quite a while. It's the number I consistently see on the scale.
