So do you only eat the increased calories (i.e. 1800) or do you eat those plus eat back your exercise calories? I think that would be way too much food for one day!!! I am doing insanity at 1350 daily calories and eating back some/most of my exercise calories and so far no weight loss. ( I am on week 2 of insanity)

Mashed avacado, diced tomatoes (fresh), fresh garlic, lime juice, salt. I don't usually measure anything, but this is really good!!!

I have recently started doing Carnation Instant Breakfast mix. Just mix it with a cup of fat-free milk and you are good to go. I can eat breakfast, I just don't usually have time to fix anything. This helps me because I can drink it in the car on the way to work!

If you have a Wii there is a game called Just Dance that is a great workout. They also have one that is Just Dance Kids, but I have not tried that one.
