I have that.....I have to do my workouts during the day or I can not sleep if I do them at night....So now I get it done before noon now. I work at night so that works for my schedule.

Im sorry you are having these problems.....I cant tell you what to do. This was like reading my life which I am now getting divorced...plus mine played video games all night long and did not want to get up until 2pm - 5pm.....Im truly sorry you are going through this.

Dont park like you are getting gas then go into the store....park in a parking space and dont block the pumps!

If you are in the middle of Walmart or other store dont stand in the middle of the aisle blocking it just to talk to someone else.....Move over and get out of the way!!

I worked out all the time in High School....LOVED IT!....then had babies and got lazy.....Im glad I have come out of it and Im glad I found MFP....Thank you for your respect :)

Mine is 700..seems to be working just fine... I also have a cheat day once every 2 weeks and I dont go over 2000, but I still try to exercise before that.

yes...that is why i dont get the bread and make my subway a salad.....saves me a load on calories and sodium....you can look it up on their website.

I felt that way at first. But I now look back and see that it was all the caffeine and junk I was putting into my body. Make sure you are getting in plenty of water and are eating at least 1200 calories a day.

bought a new scale and m starting weight was wrong. Its been wrong for awhile.....starting weight was 207.8
