So I seen this documentary.......
Its about juicing. Some use it as a cleanse some that is all that they have is a certain recipe. Nothing else just veggies and fruit. Does anyone have any comments on this? Dr said as long as In am getting all the vitamins and calories that I need to go ahead and give it a try.

Fat Burning and Heart rate???
So...I have been trying to find out the best way to burn fat and lose the weight.....Some say 220-age=max heart rate and it should be 60-70% of that to burn fat........so if I do that : 220-35=185...60%=111.....70%=129.5.........this is what I just found out...What I have been doing is 155-166 hear rate when…

Go to the gym or workout for the week??? I was just wondering cause Im going 5 days a week but would like to go another day or two....calories burned for this 5 days was 2535.......do I need to go more???

Reset ticker???
Ok so I started MFP Feb. of this year and lost 13 lbs.....then it happened...I fell off and gained all but 5 lbs of that back.....So my question is...do I reset my ticker starting weight to this Monday when I got back on ...or leave my starting weight to where I started this journey in the first place in Feb.????

Cant sleep!! Whats going on???
Ok so, since I have coe back to MFP and losing weight I can not sleep.....I am eating right staying in the green and working out.....Could it be that I am doing my workouts at night and its just giving me too much energy??? Help!!! It's 7:37am and I want to get some sleep.....;(

About burning calories......
Got a question .. I own my cleaning company and work like 2 hrs 5 nights a week.. I was curious about how many calories I burn working .. so it's 1132... I don't count that do I in on my exercise???? Or do I just up my activity level?

Someone tell me if you eat all your exercise calories back or not! If your cal goal is 1200 and you burn 475 cal a day with your BMR burning 1600 a day just not doing anything.....Alot of people have alot of answers on here....My nutritionist told me not to unless I burn over 500 cals...
