Bombshell Betty's.....open group

Hey guys the original group is on its last week. If you would like to joing us it's now open It will remain open until Sunday. Some things have changed this time so go to the link below and read the description and register if you would like. Sunday a list of the members will be posted on here and you will be able to chose your own partner this time. We usually have 3 challenges posted for the week, Nutrition challenge, Exercise Challenge & a mind/body challenge. This time I am going to have you guys week by week do the challenges. For example: Sunday list will be posted, pick ur partner and the first on the list will be choose our Nutrition challenge for the week, second on the list will choose the Exercise challenge for the week and third on the list will choose the Mind/Body challenge for the week. All challenges must be posted on Mondays and weigh in's are every friday. The challenges are based on the registration list so hurry to be at the top of the list.....Welcome and Good Luck!!!

Just watch this thread and all the info will be posted on here. After everyone is registered I will post all the names on here Sunday, you pick a buddy if you want one and I will list the rest on Sunday night

I will use the measurements that you put on here on our last check in for this week.......If those numbers are the same....The check in page we use now will be the same but I will add some things to it, but Im not doing that until Monday...... or tuesday. Only thing different is I'm having everyone check in on fridays only now. Its easier to keep up with

the one on m signature is the check in page....that will be the link for Fridays....I have to rework it for the new group.
