Yeah I find it's better for me to mainly stay in my keto/primal/paleo bubble on the forum...not because I am close minded but because I can maintain better focus on what I know best for me.

Watching Fat Head is what started me on my keto journey. It was incredibly educational & not incredibly boring. I also read Nourishing Traditions by Sally Fallon. Then continued educating myself online & now through people on MFP :)

nvm I used the first ones. My results are 1306 kcal Daily Calorie Intake 19 g Carbohydrates (6%) 71 g Protein (22%) 105 g Fat (72%) too bad you can't customize MFP to have those EXACT numbers :/
