is it steaks or rings??? if they were steaks I would cut them up into 1/2 inch strips and soak them in milk for 8 hrs then take them out and toss them in a mixture of flour and cornmeal with your seasonings that you like and fry them for about 1 minute don't overcook cuz they will be rubber.

I work for a restaurant and we have a shrimp dish there in which we cook in butter and apply a butter sauce to it to finish, and 8 shrimp equals 90 calories. so I hope this helps.

well you shouldn't lose that much more you are only like 10 pounds away from being under weight. have you tried yoga to tone your muscles? it gives you a great workout.
