I keep lunch simple: either a peanut butter on whole grain oatmeal bread or a can of drained tuna on the oatmeal bread. I keep a loaf of bread at work, as well as a jar of peanut butter and a few cans of tuna. I eat the same lunch everyday because I don't really care about lunch - but I really want a good dinner!
