I think everyone is afraid of change on some level. But what I've learned about losing weight is you have to WANT the change or your going to yo-yo all over the place and end up right back where you started, out of shape and unhappy. Add me and lets do this together. Time to stop making excuses and start making CHANGES =)

I cried so hard. Never expected Lexie to leave the show. She was one of my favorite characters. I didn't know it was the season finale, don't remember it being advertised as one but now that I know I'm ticked off that I have to wait until September lol.

LOL I have no rythm either but LOVE ZUMBA...And believe me you won't be the only one there that isn't a dancer....Dancers have a natural flow to them that not everyone has..Go you'll love it and its such a great work out.

If I make the slightest change to my diet my cycle gets all messed up. Sometimes late, sometimes early..sometimes not at all. Im not doctor and never talked to a doctor about this problem but Im pretty sure its normal for this to happen when you make changes to your diet. If your worried then I would make an appointment…

I've played the game, have the dvds and have taken classes..I absolutely love it. I would recommend the DVD's if you can't take a class. The game is hard to follow if you've never done it before or at least I thought it was.

I get sick if I take a multi-vitamin too...So I started taking them right before I go to bed at night. I don't get sick and I feel the effects of the vitamins.

Watch your sodium it can be a killer when it comes to weight loss. Upping your water intake may also help it come back down. I weigh every morning. And only record when I lose =) It keeps me motivated and makes me more aware of what I'm eating through out the day because the last thing I want to see first thing in the AM is a gain.

I've been doing Atkins for about 2 months now and have lost 27 lbs. I would love to hear from more people who are also doing this diet.
